  Completing Data Modeling Team Assignment 3 requires each team to select a database to reverse engineer. The selected database must be approved. You may select your own database, or select a database from the list of pre-approved databases. If you select your own database, please bring the supporting documentation to class on 10/5 for review.
  Pre-approved Databases:
  Database of protein domains, families and functional sites: PROSITE
  Biomolecular Interaction Network Databank: BIND
  Protein Data Bank: PDB
  Biological Pathways Exchange : BioPAX
