We have some spare parts, but the RAID controller is no longer made, so if the controller should fail, we could replace it only once. Lately the controller has been locking up and we have to reboot both the RAID and phb.itlabs to recover. For these reasons we are recommending that we get a new Gateway Serial ATA RAID system with 1 TB of storage. This comes with 4 yrs 7x24x365 4hr service contract.
